Generally, in conveyor application It is very difficult to maintain steady material flow with incline angles greater than 18 degrees because materials have a tendency to roll back owing to gravity. This rolling-back phenomenon can cause disruptions in production, leading to inefficiencies and potential downtime. To mitigate this issue, the conventional solution has been to increase the speed of the conveyor systems.
